He helps companies to design, develop & deliver quality training programs and initiatives from workshops to sales conference – short & long term for senior management to lower level staff - to achieve peak performance at workplace. He has travelled and trained internationally in countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, Korea, China, India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam & Hong Kong.
His areas of expertise ranges from consulting work/ training are on Culture Transformation, Alignment & Change, Teambuilding, Sales Motivation, Service Quality and Leadership & Management Development. Some of Lee’s major achievement is in
1) Designing, developing & conducting AirAsia Culture Change Program for 2 years, reaching out to staff in Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand & Indonesia. He is also responsible in assisting & building AirAsia Leadership Model.
2) Assisting DiGi’s in their Culture Change Journey for 2 years and part of the strategy team to achieve the KPIs for Technology Division
3) Helped Maybank to increase their sales in 400 branches nationwide involving 13,000 staff force in a project – Teaming to Battle.
4) Assisting Schwarkopf India in a turnaround exercise into profitability within 8 months. Lee’s programs are benchmarked by Henkel (parent co.) and utilized for M’sia, S’pore & India.
